Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason, pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must communicate their decision via an explicit statement (for example by email to imitalianamultiservizi@gmail.com) before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received.
The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. The direct costs of return shall be borne by the consumer.
